Based on Stand P368, Route 1 Print will highlight key developments such as its Loyalty and Rewards, which, launched at last year’s show, has proved a hit with customers. Visitors will also gain insight into recent upgrades to its website, which the company says improves users’ overall experience. In addition, those in attendees will be able to learn about new investments within Route 1 Print, including how it has spent over £8m on large-format print technology during the last year alone. “We’ll have a range of products to display, as well as our new sample packs showcasing the output of our new machines,” explains head of marketing Macauley Hardeman, who adds: “Whilst many businesses are expecting economic headwinds through 2025, we’ll be there to talk to clients about how the work we completed in the last 12 months will enable us to support them even further. “If you swing by our stand, you’ll get to see our improvements in action and get an exclusive sneak peek at what else we’ve got in the pipeline. We’ve been busy, and we can’t wait to show attendees how we’re raising the bar for trade print.” Hardeman goes on to say that Route 1 Print is “proud” of its long-term affiliation with The Print Show, having exhibited on several occasions. Describing the show as a “highlight” of the company’s annual calendar, he says that it is the ideal opportunity for the industry to learn about the wider Route 1 Print offering. “The Print Show is always a productive event,” Hardeman says, continuing: “Whether you're an existing customer looking to chat to us or a new prospect eager to learn more about Route 1 Print, there's something for everyone. We strongly encourage you to visit our stand, discover our latest investments, and discuss how we can help your business thrive. “Beyond our stand, the show offers a fantastic opportunity to see cutting-edge machinery in action, attend insightful talks from industry speakers on business support and market changes, and, of course, grab some fantastic freebies!” Route 1 Print will be based on Stand P368 at this year’s event Digital Printing Systems UK (DPS) will make its debut at The Print Show this year, using the event to demonstrate the new IGS Cobalt 800 single pass inkjet printer. An innovation from International Graphics Supplies (IGS) and China’s Antel Holding, the machine has been designed to address the short- to mediumrun packaging and point-of-sale markets. Featuring the HP FI1000 inkjet printhead, the device allows users to print at three different resolutions. This includes a maximum speed of 32m/min at 1200dpi x 300dpi for high-speed production 16m/min at 1200dpi x 600dpi for balanced speed and quality, and 8m/min at 1200dpi x 1200dpi for premium print detail. “Our aim for this year’s show is purely about brand awareness,” says DPS managing director Will Doherty, adding: “We want to make sure that UK printers know who we are, what we do, how we differ from our competitors, and how to find us when they need us. “We have a very consultative approach to our business with our key goal of helping our clients improve their situation, and that looks different for each client. It’s clear that digital technology is the future of our industry and our job is to help our clients make informed decisions on the best fit technology for their business.” As well as showcasing new inkjet technology in partnership with IGS, Doherty says that the company will also be having “open and honest conversations” about the industry as a whole and what the future of digital printing technology looks like.
