Vivid Laminating Technologies will once again return to The Print Show at Birmingham’s NEC this September, taking on one of the larger stands at the event to display a wide range of equipment – including a new solution. Exhibiting off Stand P460 near the Knowledge Zone area of the show, Vivid is one of the longest-serving supporters of the event, with its iconic orange branding becoming a familiar feature for regular visitors. This year, Vivid will display a total of eight solutions, seven of which are already available to the market, with one – the details of which are being kept under wraps until closer to this year’s event – a brand-new piece of equipment. “We are excited to be part of this year’s Print Show, which provides a fantastic platform to showcase our latest innovations and see our customers,” says director Lewis Evans, who adds: “It is a great opportunity for us to demonstrate how our solutions can help businesses stay ahead.” As to what Vivid will display, highlights include the Matrix Metallic, designed for applying digital foils and spot-UV type effects to a wide range of coated and uncoated paper stocks. Sister machine the Matrix Pneumatic will also be demonstrated on the Vivid stand. Visitors will also gain insight into three machines from the popular Easymount range. These include the Easymount Hybrid laminator and application table, as well as the Easymount Sign Air wide-format laminator solution. Other highlights include a model from the VeloBlade Volta digital cutting table collection, which comprises options ranging from 2mm up to 10mm cut depth. In addition, visitors can speak with the Vivid team about machines in the VeloBlade Nexus range of wide-format digital die cutters, which can handle substrates up to 25mm thick including Dibond, MDF, fabrics, and acrylic.
