35 www.printmonthly.co.uk September | October 2026 - Issue 362 Fujifilm confirms live showcase of new Revoria PC2120 Print manufacturing giant Fujifilm will exhibit at The Print Show for the third consecutive year this autumn, with visitors to its stand able to see live demonstrations of the latest addition to its SUPER COLOUR range. Launched in June, the Revoria Press PC2120 is the new flagship model in Fujifilm’s Revoria Press series for high-end professional printing. The solution introduces advanced AI-driven automation, an expanded colour gamut, featuring a newly developed green toner, and what the manufacturer describes as “ultra-reliable” one-pass six-colour printing using CMYK plus two speciality toners. Key to the new solution is an expanded speciality toner lineup, which now comprises seven toners. These include existing options like gold, silver, pink, and white, which Fujifilm says help to cater to “diverse customer needs and foster greater creative expression”. This, it adds, enables vivid colour reproduction, allowing users to get much closer to the RGB colour palette that designers see on screen. In terms of AI features, Fujifilm says the Revoria PC2120 offers users a range of AI-powered automation tools designed to simplify pre-press and improve print consistency. Among these AI advancements is a new Substrate Profiler, which analyses loaded media and automatically recommends optimal print settings. Meanwhile, the Revoria Flow print server uses AI to identify documents and apply image enhancements such as text sharpening and scenespecific corrections. During production, the press also automatically monitors paper colour and registration, making real-time adjustments without slowing print speeds. “The Print Show has been great for us for the past three years,” says Andy Kent, division manager for Fujifilm UK, who adds: “Each year we have had something new to launch and this year is no exception. It is the first time we can show our new six-colour printing super wide gamut printing with the Revoria PC2120. It really does change everything!” Also on display from Fujifilm will be the Revoria EC2100S, a five-colour production press that can run at speeds of up to 100 pages per minutes. Visitors can also view the Revoria SC285S, another five-colour press that print at up to 85 pages per minute and is aimed at commercial printers. Other highlights include the ApeosPro C810, which has a top speed of 81 pages per minute in Q4 mode, as well as the Acuity Triton wide-format machine, which supports roll media up to 1.6m wide and can print at 17.2sq m.hr in draft mode. In addition, staff from Fujifilm will be on hand to talk visitors through XMF PressReady, the manufacturer’s cloud-based workflow platform that automates print production from job submission to output. Designed to reduce manual intervention, it streamlines pre-press processes and integrates with MIS and web-to-print systems. By Rob Fletcher QPS to demo ColorJet printers Quality Print Services (QPS) will use it stand at The Sign Show this year to display and demonstrate a range of UV printers from ColorJet. Highlights will include the new ColorJet Vulcan Hybrid 1800, a UV hybrid printer designed to offer both roll-to-roll and rigid material printing to smaller operators. The machine has a top print width of 1,800mm, opening up a range of application opportunities to users. Also on show will be the ColorJet Verve 2513 flatbed, the highly popular ColorJet Verve Mini flatbed and the ColorJet Vulcan Hybrid X, which prints on media up to 2,000mm wide. In addition to ColorJet, QPS is an approved dealer for Roland DG – which is also exhibiting at the show. Visitors can drop in on the QPS stand to view the new TrueVIS VG4 print and cut wide-format printer in an eight-colour configuration, as well as the new DGXPRESS ER-641 four-colour wide-format printer. “Our aim is always to provide solutions to help visitors resolve issues or solve problems and hopefully convert visitors into new long-term QPS customers,” says QPS managing director, Chris Bailey. Protect opportunities at the PPF Knowledge Hub Organisers of The Sign Show have announced a new feature for this year’s exhibition: the PPF Knowledge Hub, a dedicated area showcasing the fast-growing paint protection film (PPF) sector and the commercial opportunities it presents for businesses in the vehicle graphics sector. Located near the rear of the hall, the PPF Knowledge Hub will host live demonstrations throughout the event, offering visitors the chance to see PPF application techniques up close, gain practical insights from industry experts, and learn more about the products and processes involved. While traditionally associated with the automotive sector, PPF has emerged as an attractive opportunity for vehicle graphics specialists looking to diversify their services. As demand grows for premium vehicle protection solutions, more businesses are expanding into the market, adding PPF alongside vehicle wrapping and graphics to generate new revenue streams, and strengthen their offering. Supporting the feature will be Avery Dennison, one of the industry’s leading manufacturers of PPF materials, along with All Print Supplies (APS), which distributes a range of Avery Dennison products in the UK, and self-adhesive interior films specialist SPACE Architectural Interior Films.
