Designed with the aim of helping attendees identify the right exhibitors, technologies, and business opportunities, the feature area will offer expert guidance and facilitate industry connections throughout the exhibition. The BSGA Route will serve as an independent point of reference, offering impartial advice and helping visitors better understand the products, services, and expertise available across the show floor. Staffed by experts from the BSGA, the feature will act as a central hub where attendees can discuss their business requirements and receive guidance on which exhibitors, technologies, and solutions are best suited to their needs. Whether visitors are searching for new suppliers, exploring a specific application, or simply looking to gain a better understanding of the wider sign and graphics sector, The BSGA Route will help them make informed decisions and maximise the value of their visit. Commenting on the new area, Linda Edwards, managing director of the BSGA, says: “The BSGA Route provides visitors with an independent point of reference at The Sign Show, helping them better understand the breadth of the signage and graphics industry, engage with relevant expertise, and connect with the people, knowledge, and opportunities that exist across our community. “The Sign Show brings together an impressive cross section of the signage and graphics industry. The BSGA Route will help visitors explore that landscape with confidence and clarity, providing insight into the sector and helping them engage with the areas of expertise most relevant to their interests.” Edwards adds that The BSGA Route will help visitors better understand the signage and graphics industry and make meaningful connections during their time at The Sign Show. “Whether you are looking for a supplier, exploring new technologies, or wanting to expand your industry knowledge, the BSGA team can help you engage with relevant expertise, businesses, and opportunities across the signage and graphics community,” she says. “TheBSGARoutecomplements the exhibition by providing an independent industry perspective, reflecting the BSGA’s role in supporting and championing the signage and graphics community while helping visitors connect with the people and expertise shaping our sector.” Sign Show event director, Chris Davies, adds: “The launch of The BSGA Route further strengthens The Sign Show’s commitment to delivering an exhibition that is about far more than showcasing the latest products and technologies. “By combining live equipment demonstrations with expert advice, networking opportunities, and practical business support, the event continues to evolve as the UK’s leading destination for signmakers, visual communication specialists, and graphics professionals looking to grow their businesses.” Open to visitors to both at The Sign Show and The Print Show, the Knowledge Zone will make a welcome return this year, bringing with it an exciting line-up of expert speakers ready to lead informative sessions on some of the most important talking points in signage and print. Free to access, The Knowledge Zone will feature a mixture of speakers from various areas of the industry and further afield. Sessions will take place on the hour, every hour, between 11am and 3pm each day of the shows. Among the highlights this year will be an intriguing session entitled ‘AI: Why GEO Can Be Better And Cheaper Than SEO’. Headed up by show favourite Simon Biltcliffe of Webmart, this presentation will dive head-first into the exciting world of artificial intelligence, looking at Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), the practice of optimising content so that it is discovered, used, and cited by AI-powered search and answer engines. “Essentially the next evolution of SEO, visitors will learn about how this can benefit their business and win new customers,” the session pledges. Also set to speak is Ben Large of Cybit, who will tackle the subject of cybersecurity and why both sign-makers and wide-format print companies should be paying attention to online security. “This presentation spells out the real cost of downtime, identifies critical dependencies, and shows how to build resilience across supply chains,” the session blurb reads. “Delegates will learn how to assess recovery priorities, reduce operational risk, and ensure their organisation can recover quickly from disruption.” Another stand-out session is ‘Building Workplaces Where People and Business Thrive’. Led by The Printing Charity, a specialist panel will provide practical, realworld insight into how businesses can build working environments that help their staff address some challenges they may face.
